Carolyn Sidebottom |
Dispensing
Optician Hi, my name is Carolyn Sidebottom. For
12 years my goal has been patient satisfaction. I work
with you to help choose the best lens product suitable
for your needs. I find it a personal challenge to assist
in selecting a frame that is comfortable as well as the
very most cosmetically attractive for your face and features.
Glasses that are out of alignment can cause vision distortion
and discomfort. I am always available to adjust your frames
so that you can enjoy the greatest benefit from your corrective
eyewear. I also deliver contact lens explaining care,
insertion, and removal. Reaching my goal is as rewarding
today as it was twelve years ago. |

Carol Ann O'Dell |

suited for the patient needs as prescribed by the doctor.
I also do minor adjustments and order replacement parts
for our patient's frames. We have many brand frames in
stock to fit every face shape. I will be happy to work
with you in this selection. |

Administrative Assistant As an administrative
assistant I help in many areas of the office. I
will probably be the voice you hear when calling
and the face you see first when entering SSVC. Call
or come by and let me help you with an appointment.
We will also make sure you get a recall notice when
it's time for your next appointment. |

Lydia Bryant |
Business
Administrator You will probably never see me, only
the results of my work. I try to keep all the wheels greased,
the "t's" crossed, and the staff enthused about
what they do. One of my jobs is staff training. In this
office everyone is in charge so that we can solve your
problem-or find someone who can. |
